Please note that below mentioned terms and conditions are subject to revision by PATELVIVAH from time to time.
At any stage should you feel that you do not accept the Terms and Conditions or any part of it, kindly inform us in writing and the agreement between you and Patelvivah will be terminated after a written confirmation from our side.
Your continued use of the website, following the posting of notice of any changes in this Agreement, will constitute a binding acceptance by you of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTRATION.

By registering on Patelvivah.com, you explicitly understand and agree that:

The minimum age for registering is 18 years for women and 21 years for men.

You have gone through the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Registering your profile and payment of fees does not make you a member of Patelvivah. You only become a member upon acceptance of the Profile and Payment by Patelvivah.

You remain a member of Patelvivah till the validity of the payment period or the termination of the membership by either Patelvivah or you.

The membership is meant only for personal use. It cannot be assigned or transferred to any other person.

You are not authorized to reproduce or sell any information available on Patelvivah in any manner whatsoever for commercial gains.

Patelvivah reserves the right to modify your profile if any prohibitive or objectionable content is found.

Incase you post some content or photograph which is obscene or sexually oriented, your profile is likely to be taken off the website.

Under these circumstances the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Patelvivah may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the website or restrict access to parts or all of the website without notice or liability.

Patelvivah does not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Patelvivah will not be an arbitrator in the event of disputes between the members.

The membership is deemed to have been entered into at Ahmedabad, India and the laws of India will govern the membership. Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act [Indian Act] at Ahmedabad before a sole Arbitrator.
